During the summer of 1958, Sandy, an innocent Australian vacationer, falls hard for Danny Zuko, the charismatic leader of Rydell High’s T-Birds gang. When her parents unexpectedly decide to stay in California, Sandy enrolls at Rydell and joins the Pink Ladies, starting with Frenchy. However, the cynical Rizzo dismisses her, claiming she "looks too pure to be Pink." Ultimately, Sandy proves her doubters wrong, shedding her good-girl persona for a stunning, badass transformation.
